fantastic walkable access to bacalar's best attractions
The hotel provided a perfect base for exploring bacalar, with the beautiful lake just a short stroll away and the vibrant Fort San Felipe just a few steps down the road. The atmosphere was inviting and the pool area offered a relaxing retreat after a day of walking around the charming city.

A good choice of delightful food at breakfast time. The twin room with balcony. Decent and unbeatable location central to Bacalar square, nice pool. Really close to the compact nature as well as the city center❤👍

Beautifully designed modern accommodation, gorgeous pool, with plentiful lush palm trees and well-landscaped vegetation that complemented my stay while allowing me to enjoy the cute atmosphere and helpful staff eager to make my time comfortable.

The check-in process felt unwelcoming!!! The pet fee is excessive!!! The location is less than ideal, with dangerous streets at night!!! Noise from neighbors can disrupt relaxation!!! Better communication on room descriptions is needed!!!

The two-bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, providing an excellent space for my family. The breakfast offered a good variety, particularly the fresh fruit and pancakes, which everyone enjoyed. The pool area was well-designed, surrounded by lush greenery. We appreciated the lovely garden view from our room.
Managing the shared balcony door was a bit tricky at times.

The Twin Room with Terrace was really nice! Super spacious and the bed was crazy comfy. Loved that it was quiet. Plus, they had extra towels ready for the pool which was a great touch. The only bummer was the shared balcony door was a bit tricky to handle.
